Bat Review: Easton Hammer
Rating:

I was first introduced to slow-pitch softball during summer intramural in college. And in those college times, the Easton Hammer was a very attractive bat especially going for under $30. While the bat may lack the power of the many double-wall and composite bats available, the Hammer is highly recommended for those first starting slow-pitch softball and those operating on a budget.
For under $30, you’re not going to find a better bat. But be prepared for the bat to have as much zing as you can expect for the price. I would not recommend the Hammer to use as an exclusive team bat and I would not recommend the Hammer for experienced softball players. But if you’re looking to play for fun in the occasional business league, the Hammer may suit your needs.

This bat is the favorite of our team, about 95% of the players use it, we also have the 34″/31oz.(BK2 model) and just a couple of us use the longer one. The design is very cool, the lenght/weight ratio is what makes it the favorite for most of the guys in the team.
Easton bats are very good.
For $20 this bat does anything you can ask of a $20 bat, and more. I bought this bat expecting to use it for line drives and playing small ball, but I decided to give a few big swings and actually hit this further than the $200 bats I was using earlier in the game. I don’t know how it will hold up tho as I’ve only had it for a week. No complaints thus far.
when you pay 20 dollars for a bat you cant really expect that much, this bat hits better than the 250 dollar bats the people on our team were hitting with.. we love it
The Hammer by Easton is a good bat for the price. It is light, easy to swing and the ball jumps off it. You can’t beat it for the price.
